1. Is it compulsory to register or sign in to place an order on website ?

 

Registering with us is your choice; we do recommend you to register as it will guarentee faster checkout and gives you an overall easier shopping experience.


2. I cannot log into my account?

 

We don't create accounts without your permission. There is a chance that you have not created your account. You can just click here to create your account. Your order history is saved with us, so no worrying about lost order history or details. it will be retrieved as soon as you log in. All you got to do is create the account with the email id associated with your previous orders. 


Register on site

 a) If you are a new customer: Click on the “My Account Icon” on the top right of the page (besides search icon) and select the option of "Create Account" at the bottom. 

 b) If you have already registered: Click on the “My Account Icon” on the top right of the page (besides search icon) and enter your registered email id and password. 


Once registered, you will enjoy a complete, hassle-free shopping experience through your registered email id.


3. What are the payment options available on site? 


You can choose to pay for your order by any of the following means: 

 a) Credit Card 

b) Debit Card 

 c) Net Banking

d) Cash on Delivery


4. What types of cards are accepted on the website? 


We accept all major Credit / Debit cards (Master, VISA, Discover, Diner, RuPay). We also accept Master & VISA International cards and American Express cards.


5. The screen timed out white transacting and I did not receive any payment confirmation, but my account got debited?

 

Sometimes due to weak internet connection or network errors, the screen times out during a transaction. You may not receive a confirmation that the payment has gone through. In such cases, the order placement is considered to be unsuccessful. In such cases, if the money has been debited from your credit card or net banking account, it will be credited back via the same channel in 4-7 working days.


6. How safe is it to use my credit or debit card on the website? 


It is absolutely safe. We are committed to protecting all the information that you share with us. We seek to protect your rights of privacy on systems and the site (www.ayudaclothing.com).


7. Which locations do you ship to? 


We ship products to all locations across India. You can check the serviceability of your location by entering your pin code in the availability option on any of the product pages.


8. How much time does it take to receive the ordered products? 


 All our products take about 4-5 days to reach you.


9. How do I track the status of my order/shipment?

10. Would I have to pay the shipping charges? 


Shipping is absolutely free for all Pre-Paid orders. A flat rate shipping charge of INR100 would be applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. For any further details regarding Shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.


11. How do I cancel my order? 


If the order has not been shipped, it can be canceled at any time by writing to us at clothingayuda@gmail.com. The amount paid by you (in case of pre-paid orders) would be refunded and should reflect in your account in 3 to 7 working days.


12. How do I return my order? 


You can choose to return the product within 7 days from the date of acquisition. We will arrange a reverse pick up for you if you opt for this option, and send you the details of the reverse pick up on your email. You just have to keep the package securely packed and ready and hand over. Any shipping charges levied to your order are non-refundable.


You can courier the shipment to us by following the steps given below: 


1. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed properly so no damage is caused in transit. Please also include a note mentioning your order number and your name so that we know that it's your package when we receive it.

 

2. We try hard to accept all returns. Returns would be treated as valid only if all seals, labels, and barcodes are intact and as long as they're securely packed.

 

3. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, and you shall have to bear the courier charges.

5. Do not forget to obtain proof of postage and send it to us on clothingayuda@gmail.com. 


Please note that any requests for a refund or exchange will be processed only after receiving the package at our warehouse.


13. How and when will I receive the refund for the order which I canceled or returned?


 Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of the condition of the returns shipment sent by you and the conditions of products inside the package. We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and bar-codes intact. 


14. Restocking and Size Availability 


We will try our best to get the products back in stock with the required sizes. However, we cannot assure you of the time period of the restocking of the products. You can always check our social media pages for updates regarding the restocking of the products. Our collections are curated by our team based on the uniqueness of the style and are one-of-a-kind which makes repeatability rare. However, we will try our best to restock them in popular sizes.
